I have been seeing a lot of area rugs in the kitchen on blogs, in catalogs and even on television shows. I have been kind of liking the look so I have been considering it. My question to you is, are area rugs in the kitchen practical or will I be trying to clean spots off of it all of the time? Maybe I will have less of a mess if I go with something like burlap or jute? What are your thoughts and do you like any of the rugs below??

I like the simplicity of the first rug but I also really like the designs on the others. There is something about the last two that keep getting my attention. I am excited to hear your thoughts! THANKS!
I think they look good but they are a bad idea. I think it will just get wet and dirty and you will end up throwing it out because you wont be able to get it as clean as you will want.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Steph. If you are going to have rugs in your kitchen, you should really get ones that you can wash in the washing machine.
