A friend of mine gave me this recipe and we really liked it! You should give it a try. It is yummy and easy, my two favorites about cooking!!
Here are the ingredients you need:
Chicken breast (however many you desire)
Kikkoman soy sauce
One egg
Panko bread crumbs (found in Asian food isle)
Parmesan cheese
Black pepper
Half a stick of butter
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350
- Choose the pan you are going to use and add the butter. Place the pan in the oven and wait about ten minutes or until it is melted
- In a bowl beat egg and add 2 tablespoons of Kikkoman soy sauce
- In a separate bowl mix Panko bread crumbs, grated parmesan cheese and black pepper
- Take chicken breast and dip it into egg mixture and then coat it in the Panko mixture, place in pan (make sure they are coated well)
Cook on 350 for 20 minutes and then flip chicken over and cook for another 2o minutes.
